SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: Orders will shipped the same day or next day. Free shipping on orders over $20 to the contiguous 48 states. Products over $150 or items being shipped to an apartment may have a signature required for delivery. You can find that information by checking the tracking number. General shipping times are estimates. USPS first class is 3-5 business days. USPS priority is 2-3 business days.

RETURNS:

You may return products purchased from dbwerx for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out a return form and include with the product. Products must be unused and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Products that are discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced. You may also return the defective product for a refund. If you choose to return for a refund, there will be a 10% processing fee.

REFUND PROCESS:

Once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you via email that we have received your item. We will also let you know if your return has been approved or rejected. Once approved we will began the refund process. The credit will automatically be applied towards the original method of payment. This will usually show up in 5-7 business days.

RETURNING PRODUCTS:

Please email us at dbwerx76@gmail.com prior to sending a return. Only products purchased from db werx will be valid for a return or refund.
